10/23/23 – Early Release from Probation granted Felony

2021 – Client arrested and charged with DWI, reduced to Obsruction of Highway / Passageway.  Placed on Deferred Adjudication.

2021 – Client arrested for Aggravated Assault W/Deadly Weapon.  Case declined, not filed.

2020 – Client arrested for Disorderly Conduct Discharge or Display Firearm.  Case declined, not filed.

2020 – Client arrested and charged with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence.  Case dismissed.

2020 – Client arrested for Injury Child/Elderly/Disabled Reckless Bodily Injury.  Case went to Grand Jury.  Grand Jury returned a No Bill after attorney prepared a Grand Jury packet.

2020 – Client on probation for 3 drug related felonies, obtained an early release of probation.

2019- Client obtained Expunction for an arrest for Poss CS PG2 < 1G. 2017 – Client obtained a Non Disclosure of his arrested and charged with Aggravated Robbery. 2016 – Client arrested for Assault Family Impeding Breath (a Third Degree Felony). Was filed as an Assault Family Violence (Class A Misdemeanor) and then later dismissed. 2016 – Client was arrested for Theft. After being filed, Joe was able to get it dismissed. 2015 – Client arrested for three possession charges (two misdemeanors and one felony). Client was admitted to Pre-Trial Diversion and will be eligible for expunctions in January of 2017. 2015 – Client arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence (misdemeanor). Was never filed and declined at Intake. 2015 – Client was arrested for multiple counts of providing alcohol to minors. Cases were filed but then later dismissed based on an illegal search 2015 – Client arrested for Burglary of Habitation, but the charged was declined in Intake. 2015 – The court filed a Motion to Adjudicate Guilt (the way to revoke deferred adjudication probation) on a client’s felony case. Joe was able to have the motion withdrawn and the client was able to finish their deferred probation. 2014 – Client arrested for Possession of Marijuana and then accepted into Pre-Trial Diversion. The case has been dismissed. 2014 – Client arrested for Theft>=$50<$500. Was accepted into Pre-Trial Diversion and then the case was dismissed.

– Client was arrested on what should have been his 6th Driving While Intoxicated (a felony offense). Joe was able to arrange that the client plea to a Class B Misdemeanor DWI and ended up only spending 8 days in jail.

– Client was arrested for Endangerment of a Child (a felony offense). Joe was able to arrange for the client to plead to Misdemeanor Probation on the case.

– Client was arrested for 2 counts of Assault Causes Bodily Injury (Class A Misdemeanors). After the case was filed, Joe was able to get both counts dismissed.

– Client was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Joe was able to get the charge lessened and the client plead to an Obstruct Highway Passageway.

– Client was arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence (Class A Misdemeanor). Joe was able to get it dismissed in court.

– Client was arrested on a felony Theft charge. After the case was filed, Joe arranged for the client to plea to a lesser included Theft (it ended up being a Class A Misdemeanor).

– Client arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, placed on probation and was later revoked. Joe was able to get the Motion to Revoke withdrawn and the client continued on probation.

– TARRANT COUNTY CASE – Client was arrested on a felony Evading Arrest. Joe was able to arrange a plea for deferred probation on a misdemeanor level offense.

– Client was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The case was later plead as an Obstruct Highway Passageway.

– Client arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury but the case was dismissed in court.

2010 – Client arrested for Evading Arrest. The case was plead as Disorderly Conduct (a Class C Misdemeanor) and the defendant was given time-served.

2010 – COLLIN COUNTY CASE – Client was arrested in a felony Online Harassment case. Joe provided a Grand Jury Packet that was presented and resulted in the case being no billed (was never filed/indicted).

2010 – Client was arrested on a felony Evading Arrest charge. Joe was able to arrange for the case to be dismissed once it was filed.

2010 – Client was arrested for Possession of Marijuana < 2 oz. Joe was able to get the case dismissed.

2009 – Client retained Joe to file a Motion for Early Release from Probation on a felony charge. Joe filed the motion and it was granted resulting in the client’s early release.

2008 – Client was arrested for Assault Public Servant, a felony, but the case was filed as Disorderly Conduct (a Class C Misdemeanor) and the defendant was given time-served.

2007 – Client arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The case was filed as Obstruct Highway Passageway and the client was given time-served.

2007 – Client was arrested for Evading Arrest w/ Vehicle (a felony) but the case was filed as an Obstruct Highway Passageway (a Class B Misdemeanor). The client received 12 months of probation.

2007 – Client arrested for Violation of Clean Air Act, but the case was filed as a Disorderly Conduct and the client plead to time served.

2006 – Client arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The case was filed as an Obstruct Highway Passageway and the client plead to 12 months of probation.

2005 – Client arrested for Driving While License Invalid, but the case was dismissed after filing.

2005 – Client was arrested for Possession of Marijuana < 2 oz. but the case was dismissed after filing.

2004 – Client was arrested for Possession CS PG 3 < 28G, but the case was dismissed after filing.

2004 – Client was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The case was filed as Obstruct Highway Passageway and the client plead to 12 months of deferred adjudication.

2004 – Client was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. They later plead to one day time-served and the case was disposed of as Obstruct Highway Passageway.
